Court found Virginia killer “mentally ill”

That Seung-Hui Cho tipped over the mental edge in this week’s murderous Virignia Tech spree may not have come as a surprise to local mental health authorities. Documentary evidence of the 23-year-old’s madness has surfaced on The Smoking Gun:
